The team will use The Search to access their favourite trails for training, so if your lucky you could be sharing your trip with these pinners. We are also organising Team Rider Training Days where you can ride with, and learn one-on-one from the pro's, watch the News column for details.

Getting these guys involved with The Search was an easy decision; they are some of the most passionate and committed racers we've seen and were instrumental to forming the ideas behind The Search. Both of these Morzine legends bring with them bags of natural talent and motivation, they are on the brink of big things and at the beginning of an important season we're stoked to be supporting them:

The
Astonator
is clocking up his third season for SOLID
A-Class Factory Racing
and will be hitting all the European World Cup,
French Cup, Avalanche Cup, IXS Cup races and the Megavalanche.
Aston's committed, stylish riding took him to the podium numerous times last year and in 2008 he's expecting more of the same. He's primed and ready to explode onto the world stage...

Europikey
himself.... James embodies the spirit of The Search, always
looking over the next hill for another trail and riding every hour he's
given. A journalist, a guide, a nomad but foremost a racer,
his passion for riding is as evident in his words as his tyre tracks.
Riding for Howies, K9 Bikes,
Switchbacks-DH and Six
Motion, McKnight is gunning to get into this
season and build on a solid but frustrating '07. He will be
relentlessly competing at every euro race he can get to and racking up
the
points and the podiums, working towards his goal of the World Cups in
2009.

Team News:
July 2008
Megavalanche: After getting top 10 in the Sprint Avalanche, 3rd in qualifying meant front row of the A-final for Aston at Alpe d'huez! He finished 33rd overall on his Solid Mission 9, taking Brendan Fairclough on the finish line! Check out Aston at the Mega in the Dirt Magazine videos: here and here
Europikey News: James did his first race after recovering from a terrible pre-season injury, despite a front puncture he still put in a storming run at Scoul for the Central European IXS Downhill Cup. Unfortunately the injury to his hand started to play up and he's taken the wise decision to stop riding again and let it recover fully.
